Model 231
1627 Holding S.p.A. has adopted an Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (the 231 Model), being attentive to the expectations of its stakeholders, and aware of the value they may derive from an internal control system aimed at preventing the commission of offences by its employees, directors, consultants and partners.
The purpose of the Model is to set up a structured and organic system of procedures and control activities capable of mitigating the risk of offences being committed, through the identification of Sensitive Processes.
The principles contained in the Model are designed to ensure that each stakeholder is fully aware of which processes are sensitive, which actions are not permitted, and the rules of good practice.
